I have had teeth cleaning as well as cavities filled. He uses great equipment and walks you through all the details. I have never loved going to the dentist so much!!!

I first went to Dr. Kozlow 4 years ago to get veneers. I was referred by a friend who is a long time customer. Dr. Kozlow did a wonderful job with the veneers and I have been a regular ever since. His staff has always been very welcoming and I like that he uses all of the latest technology.

I stopped going to Kozlow a couple of years ago because his work was bad compared to others I had seen.
My last apt he fixed a crown for a third time it broke today.
Please save yourself time and trouble and find another dentist

I really liked the hygienist who cleaned my teeth but really didn't care for Kozlow. However, I was going to continue going just because I liked her. Well I won't be anymore.
My girlfriend has to wear a retainer every night to keep her bottom teeth straight. Kozlow said he could give her a permanent retainer on her bottom teeth that would be comfortable and fix the problem. It's basically just a small piece of metal that is attached to the back of the teeth.
Just a few hours after having it done her teeth had already shifted and were crooked again. When she went back to him he tried to play it off and act like they looked fine. Her teeth were also hurting real bad. He was a complete jerk about it and said that it was impossible for her teeth to have moved.
When she explained to him that her overnight retainer had previously kept her teeth straight he claimed that that was impossible too. After having the permanent retainer installed her overnight retainer no longer fits properly.
I give Kozlow 1 star because he did refund the money, however it was like pulling teeth to get him to do so and he was a complete ass about that too. He obviously doesn't stand behind his work so please don't waste your money.
My recommendation: find a different dentist.

The staff working for Dr. Kozlow are rude. He charges unreasonable fees for petty tasks, like getting a copy of results for the services you already paid for. I don't necessarily think Dr. Kozlow is a bad dentist. I do, however, think he is an aggressive salesman and is running his business to maximize profits not necessarily to benefit you. In capatilistic America, everyone has this right. I just want the consumer to know that he will try to sell you more than you *may* need and that you can get the same services done at the same quality at other places. I prefer my dentist to be a good dentist over a good businessman. Or he/she can be both, but when he/she puts business ahead of dentistry, that's where I draw the line. I first went to Dr. Kozlow when I came to Dallas in 1985 and fell in love with his entire operation. I hold him and his staff operations in the highest regard for the treatment they have given me. I moved away and always compared my latter dentists to Dr. K, but no one...NO ONE came close! I am back in Dallas and thrilled to be back with Dr. K. I know I sound like I have drunk the "koolaid" LOL! But I am sincere in my review. He is the best dentist and he is a great human being. And that is the best review anyone could get! Kind, gentle and respectful towards his patients and staff.

I went to Dr. Kozlow in the summer of 2010. I went using a Groupon I had bought; as I was new to the area I was trying out new dentists. The entire office visit was extremely unsettling. I am not one to be nervous about going to the dentist and they made me very uncomfortable. First the hygienist told me I had a cavity in one spot, then Dr. Kozlow said I had two cavities in a completely different section of my mouth (I have never had a cavity before so I thought it odd to just come up out of no where when I go to the dentists regularly every 6 months). They wanted to fill it that day for $650!!! I opted to wait it out and maybe visit my family dentist during the holidays. Instead, I went to Aspen Dental House in Dallas last week. THERE WERE NO CAVITIES. The dentists there said I had great teeth and there were no signs of any cavities. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. KOZLOW TO ANYONE! Thank goodness I got a second opinion or I would have had my teeth drilled out for NO REASON and lots of $$$.

I have been going to Dr Kozlow for almost 20 years now (since I was in college). I can't imagine going to another dentist - he is caring, gentle, interested in his patients, and always up on the newest and latest technology in all kinds of dentistry. I would recommend him to anyone (I actually have many friends and family members who are now also patients of his) and trust him with any dental care I will ever need. Thankfully I do have dental insurance so I seldom have to pay much for his services. I do admit that he is not a cheap or bargain dentist but I feel I have always gotten care in line with the prices he charges. Don't hesitate to call and make an appointment - you will be well taken care of!

Dr. Kozlow is first class in every respect! Perhaps a tad more expensive than the norm but worth every penny. He's a gifted artist & can produce cosmetic results that look natural but fantastic. Not only is he talented, he's gentle, kind, cheerful, an attentive listener and focuses on the PATIENT, not the clock or his own preferences. He surrounds himself with a caring, professional staff. I like his work so much that I fly in to see him after moving across the country.
