I had a crown glued back on. I explained that the tooth had been hurting prior to the crown coming off. Dr. Kasper explained that the crown was put on with temporary glue and re-attached the crown with permanent glue. Two months later the tooth started to hurt to the point where my whole jaw ached. I called for an appointment first thing Monday morning. I explained the severity of the pain, but was told there were no openings. Don't expect this dentist to go above and beyond. to help her patients.

I absolutely adore Dr. K. She explains every thing she is suggesting and will any and all questions. She needs makes you feel like you are unimportant or that she is in a hurry. Although she gives you several options, she does not pressure you to do the most expensive.Office staff is wonderful and they are closer to being on time than any dentist I have ever been too.
About Hygienist: extremely professional and very thorough, cleanings are great

I started going to Dr. Kasper when I was 18 years old. She has taken care of me ever since. I have been required to use other dentists because of work insurance and I am willing to pay my own money to go back to Dr. Kasper. Annette is the best hygenist in town!

Dr. Kasper is very thorough and she explains things very well. I was comfortable and informed when my treatment plan began and felt assured by herself and her staff. She has a man for a dental assistant and he is wonderful. Very calming and great manner with patients. The hygienist is very good also. I am very pleased with the work she did and she only does what is necessary. She doesn't make all of these expensive suggestions unless you want to hear them. I am impressed thoroughly.
About Hygienist: Her hygienist is very good. Thorough and gentle - she makes you aware of just what she is going to do with updates along the way. I can ask any questions I want.

This review isn't just from me, but my family. Dr. Kathleen Kasper has done what no other dentist could accomplish, she got my husband to smile again. He had one tooth replaced (implant - upper front) and extensive cleanings. Dr. Kasper evens tends to my young daughter. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my family's dental needs.
The downside is that from great work is the cost. Dr. Kasper isn't cheap but she's certainly not the most expensive dentist by far. She is proof in that you get what you pay for and she's worth every cent.
The staff in Dr. Kasper's clinic are compassionate, kind and incredibly thoughtful. The office is pleasent and accommodating and I've never experienced double booking ever. And if there's an emergency, you can be sure you'll reach Dr. Kasper when you need her. She and her staff value your time as much as you do.
