Dr. Rudnick was knowledgeable about the procedure I needed to perform crown lengthening, build-up and crown, which a relative who is a dentist in another state told me I needed.

About Front Desk: Excellent, a true representative for a pleasant office; 2 of his staff have been with Dr. Rudnick for 13 and 17 years.

My teeth were breaking down do to my neglect. I found dr Rudnick after extensive research. Had multiple implants and crowns. I can eat and smile again

On 8/19, I wrote a review on Dr Rudnick & the experience I had, as I was not "happy". I had an opportunity to speak to the doctor's office & the following day, today 8/20, & I feel much better & would like to amend my perception of my review based off of the many years that I have been very pleased with Dr Rudnick & his staff.

Today, I went in to have some bondings replaced that had popped out or fallen out. These bondings, Dr Rudnick had done & since it was his work, I assumed he would take responsibility for the bondings not lasting over 2 years- bondings that I had paid for!! I had the work redone & Tammy ( his right hand) did a fabulous job. Looked amazing, but got to the front desk & was informed by Jenn that I had to pay a "reduced fee" for 1 of them & 1 he "did not charge me". I was so upset to think he does not stand behind his work, coupled with embarrassment, that I paid!! I am writing this review due to the fact I expressed my unhappiness with his decision yet he would not even come out & discuss this situation with me, a patient of over 10 years, who was "not happy" & it has been gnawing at me all night!!! I had always thought if him as a dentist that "cares", I have a plethora of issues to maintain "normal dental health" but I can not believe how I was treated today & would never have expected from him. I have had a tremendous amount of work done on my mouth from Dr Rudnick. 5 or 6 crowns, 4 cleanings a year for 10 to 11 years, & dental maintenance that has allowed me the pleasure of knowing everyone in his office by name!

My extraction was painless and staff was excellent ! They put me at ease and made me comfortable.

The Doctor was great, really nice guy. I have a problem with the way the billing is done. I have insurance and they were charging me out of pocket and not submitting my claims. Stating thats not covered under Insurance. That is not true, the procedures I had were covered. All they need to do is submit and insurance will tell them if they are covered. They claim it would take too long for them to get their noney.
