I moved to the area and was referred to Dr. Schueler two years ago. I have had a very complicated history with my mouth and needed serious work done. I was told she was one of the best in this area. I am not a very good, nor compliant patient. She was very kind to take more than the normal time to explain to me my complicated procedure that needed to be done. There was no detail that she did not cover. My surgery was a success and she even personally called to check up on me the next day. I was extremely impressed by her compassion and professionalism.

8 day hospitalization after had wisdom teeth pulled by this dr. She and staff treat people poorly and ignore concerns. I would not recommend this office for any reason. While appointments are easy to get, there is probably a good reason for that. In my opinion, there is no other reason to go.
About Front Desk: Most rude front desk personnel ever. So rude they do not even know how to properly greet people when they walk into the office. It is as if you are interrupting their day. Not one bit responsive to concerns and when you call with a problem, they say "that's normal" but do not listen. If they pass info on to dr. schueler, she doesn't respond either.

Dr. Schueler is the best doctor I have been to. She genuinely cares about you and her staff is very nice. The facilities are chrystal clean. After my appointment I couldn't get home so one of the secretaries offered me a ride. I had all four wisdom teeth taken out. The procedure went great and I was never under any great form of stress or anxiety. She is wonderful!

Scheduling issues. I had to get an additional x-ray that cost me 300 dollars - very expensive. Overall, my daughter healed up very nicely.

For any procedures needed in the future requiring the need for an oral surgeon, this office and this doctor will be the choice of my family and myself. Everyone makes you feel like family from the moment you are greeted upon arrival until the last goodbye at the end of your treatment. It is a rare office that properly mixes all ingredients making your need for this service successful. Highly recommend Dr. Schueler and her staff.

I personally had one tooth extracted. Pain free, my anxiety addressed and relieved, no complications. My teenager had 4 wisdom teeth extracted, everything was explained fully to her, she was treated respectfully and everyone was extremely kind to her. Procedure went wonderfully for her, minimum pain following and no complications. The entire staff is professional and friendly...and they cater to cowards! Any superior health care comes at higer cost, and I had no problems paying the portion my insurance company did not pay. I highly recommend Dr. Schueler to anyone needing oral surgery. She is straight forward, very informative and very professional. I felt comfortable and confident I was receiving the best care I could, that is the reason I chose her to care for my own child.
